🔁 Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- You request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Certain items, such as personal care products, innerwear, and hygiene-sensitive goods, are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Skincare & beauty products (unless damaged)
- Custom or personalised products
Return Process:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
💰 Refund Policy
When Will You Receive Your Refund?
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This could be Razorpay or your bank account for COD. The process will be completed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds Are Applicable If:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product never arrived (after a confirmed investigation).
Refunds Are Not Applicable If:
- The item was used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.
- The return request was made after the return window expired.
❗ Important Notes
- Do not return products without contacting us first. Unsolicited returns may not be accepted.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a refund will be issued via bank transfer after verifying return eligibility.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
